Due to the perishable nature of saffron and dry fruits, we only accept returns if:

• The product is damaged or tampered

• You received the wrong item

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof.

2. Refunds

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

• Opened or used products

• Delay in delivery due to external logistics issues

• Products returned without authorization

4. Cancellation Policy
